Arundel-on-the-Bay is a diverse community in Anne Arundel County, near Annapolis, Maryland, made up of grasslands, beach and bulkheads, streets, drives and paths, mansions and cottages whose residents are seniors and kids, the retired and working, full-time and summer residents, all squeezed into an area six blocks wide and ten blocks long between the Chesapeake Bay and Fishing Creek.
